CoinPulse is a digital asset wallet service: you open an account, verify your identity, fund the balance by bank transfer or Bitcoin, and transfer value back out to a wallet address you control. Account access, verification and payouts are administered by our operations team.
Every signup is reviewed by an administrator before it becomes active. You are responsible for keeping your username and password private. Accounts may be suspended or closed at any time by an administrator.
Deposits are made by bank transfer from your own account, quoting the payment reference shown on your deposit page. We record the details you submit, match the payment against our bank statement and credit the balance once it clears. We never request or store your internet banking credentials. Bitcoin deposit and transfer requests are recorded with the address or transaction ID you supply and are queued for review before they are actioned.
Prices are sourced from a third-party public market API, are shown for information only and are cached for short periods. They may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice.
Your name, email address, optional phone number, country, a bcrypt hash of your password, wallet addresses you save, and the transaction records needed to render your statements. You can download or request deletion of your data from the Settings page.
You agree not to use CoinPulse for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to access accounts, funds or documents that are not yours. Funds may be held, returned or withheld where we are required to investigate a payment. Never submit credentials you are not authorised to use.
